  Location is great! The facilities are in need of updating. The hall looked good 20 years ago. Cheap flooring and old tile ceiling. No actual parking lot, so parking can be tricky for those not very logical. The grounds are in need of curb appeal. This place could be great if the owner spent some money. Which would command higher prices.
